I'm Heather. I am a 21 year old stay at home mom and wife. My husband, Kevin, is in the United States Coast Guard and we are currently stationed at the black hole of America, also known as Upstate NY. Hayden was born May 26, 2009 and that's the day our lives changed for the better.

I can't lie. I am nervous.

Today, I took Hayden in to see a on call doctor because I thought his wheezing hadn't gotten any better. Well, she tells me that he's not wheezing. The noise that I am hearing is what they call stridor.

I did some research, and it scares me honestly. Here is a link to what stridor is and the treatments that go along with it.

    I hope you're doing okay Heather :( I'm sorry you guys didn't get better news but it will all be okay. I know the idea of your baby having surgery or anything of the sort is scary, but he'll be okay. You're such a great mom. Seems like you guys are always in and out of doctor's appointments and that you're on your own a lot. I really admire your strength. I'll be thinking of you guys and keep me posted!
